"Absolutely the easiest insurance policy’s purchase I’ve had , Took all the time needed to make sure we received the coverage we needed with no pressure.Very professional and great communication skills . "So at first I loved state farm. They are nice, and very helpful. Fair prices at first. When it comes to canceling your policy please remove your debit card from the system. They do not send you an email for cancelation of policy and will charge you. I canceled 3 days before the due date and was still billed. Now they won't give me a full refund with some excuse of having to back pay. I have a detailed email of how one of my vehicles wasn't covered for one of the months and now they say I need to pay for that. If I had been in a car accident that month I didn't pay they would have told me I wasn't covered so why do I have to back pay? Make it make sense. That was an error on their part. The bill they charged me for says for auto insurance renewal, no mention of back pay. I have contested the charge with my bank. And there is no corporate number you can call without them wanting you to deal with your state farm agent. They will always transfer you to the people who didn't handle your insurance properly. So know if you have a problem with your agent, there is no one you can talk to but them. I've never had to deal with an insurance company like this."

"Rosa, I am sorry you are frustrated. I wish you had given me time to respond to your email you sent me about 30 minutes before you left this review. Now that I have had time to research it, this is what I found. I read the "detailed email of how one of my vehicles wasn't covered for one of the months" and I am sorry that is how you understood it but that is not the case. Your vehicle WAS covered during that time, there had just not been proper payments made during that time to fully pay for the insurance you were receiving. When State Farm attempted to bill you and collect that past due amount plus what was currently due, you cancelled a few days before the due date. I am very sorry that the full amount was drafted despite you cancelling. That was absolutely an error and I am sorry our agency dropped the ball on that. I know that is frustrating and sometimes makes everything else harder. However, we have issued a refund for the amount owed to you at the time of cancellation minus the amount that was past due for the coverages you did receive during that time. Please continue to email me if you have any further questions and I will continue to help you as best I can. - Corey Williams"
